THERAPY

Bianca Lindstrom, MSW, LCSW

Bianca handles a variety of issues and life stressors, including PTSD, grief, anxiety and depression, and has worked extensively with survivors of sexual abuse/assault and domestic violence. After obtaining her Masters degree in Social work through Stockton University, she immediately began gaining experience in serving communities through a non-profit agency working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families and couples.

She has been on Ocean County’s Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) since 2015, helping to support individuals in crisis, and has facilitated multiple Sexual Assault Survivors groups, providing a safe space for individuals to move from surviving to thriving in a supportive setting. Bianca has extensive trauma training, specializing in Sand Play and EMDR, and utilizes techniques of mindfulness-based stress reduction, CBT, and is certified to teach children’s yoga.

Bianca loves to incorporate art, body movement and self expression in her practice and believes the body is always speaking to us, thus serving the whole person—mind body and spirit—is the best way to facilitate a healing journey. She is here to hold a safe, non judgmental space for individuals to move through their lives and find healing light in a healthy way that works for them, wherever they may be in their journey.
